Website Privacy Policy
Any personal information or material sent to the Cavenzi (already defined above) websites are subject to the Cavenzi policy on privacy and protection of personal data.

15 Day Trial or Exchange terms & condition

• The “15 days trial” gives you the opportunity to test the selected product at home after purchase for 15 days, starting on the day of delivery .
• The original product must be kept in perfect condition with clean, odourless, damage.
• We reserve the right to invalidate the ‘’15 days trial & exchange’ if a product has a stained or soiled, however minor the mark might be.
• Cancellation or fully refund are strictly not allowed.
• Within the trial period, you can contact us exchange if you are not entirely happy with the product(under this 15 day trial only) within the trial period.
• The “15 days trial” collection and re-delivery charges of RM60 are applicable for delivery within Klang Valley. For customers outside of the Klang Valley this “15 days trial” programmed are strictly not available.
• 15 days trial is strictly limited to one exchange only. The replacement product has to be the same or higher value brand/model. If the exchange product value is lower, the price difference will not be refunded. The price difference for higher value product (if applicable) and/or the re-delivery and collection charges have to be fully paid and settled BEFORE the exchange can be executed.

Warranty
Warranty coverage does not include transport fees, customer need to pay for pick up and delivery fees. Warranty coverage for sofa and divan strictly for manufacturing defect and wood structure only. Wear and tears of sofa/divan foam and upholstery materials such as fabric / pu / pvc are not covered. No warranty for living room furniture, wardrobe, dining table & chairs. Warranty for mattress is limited to spring system, wear and tear foam and mattress fabric are not under coverage.
