RETURNS
To ensure your satisfaction upon receiving our products, a standard process of inspection will be done before delivery.
However, in the unlikely event of you being unsatisfied with our products, we do offer a 15-day exchange policy starting from the arrival day of your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition that you received it. The original packaging must also be kept.

15 DAYS TRIAL
- The “15 Days Trial” gives you the opportunity to test the selected product at home after purchase for 15 days, starting on the day of delivery .
- The original product must be kept in perfect condition i.e. clean, odourless & damage free.
- We reserve the right to invalidate the ’15-Day Trial & Exchange’ policy if a product is stained, soiled or scratched, regardless of how minor the mark may be.
- Cancellation with partial or full refund is strictly prohibited.
- Within the trial period, you can contact us for exchange if you are not satisfied with the specified product that falls under this 15 day trial.
- The “15 days trial” pickup and re-delivery charges of RM60 is applicable for delivery within Klang Valley. For customers outside of the Klang Valley area, the “15 days trial” T&Cs are strictly not applicable.
- 15 days trial is strictly limited to one time exchange only. The replacement product has to be the same or higher value brand/model. If the exchange product value is lower, the price difference will not be refunded. The price difference for higher value product (if applicable) and/or the re-delivery and collection charges have to be fully paid and settled BEFORE the exchange can be executed.
DISPLAY CLEARANCE MERCHANDISE
Unfortunately, all display clearance items are NOT applicable for return and exchange. However, there is an exception if the mistake is on us or you receive a faulty product that is damaged while in transit.
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. The inspection usually takes no more than SEVEN (7) working days.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Depending on your card issuer or bank, it can take up to 30 days for the refund to appear on your statement.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning/exchanging your item. If you need us to help arrange for pickup & delivery, additional charges will be incurred. For exact charges, kindly contact our Customer Service agent. Shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
In the rare circumstances of you receiving wrong or faulty product, the shipping cost for returns will be fully borne by us.
